About the event
A sound bath is a therapeutic practice that uses sound waves to promote relaxation, stress relief, and inner healing. The sounds and vibrations from the instruments played work to clear blocked energy, soothe the nervous system, and encourage mindfulness and inner peace. You simply lay back, close your eyes, and let the healing sounds guide you into a state of deep relaxation and rejuvenation.

General Access
Please turn up no later than 5 minutes before the event is due to start. We start at exactly 8pm and the doors will be locked at that time so that the session is not disturbed. The timing of the sound bath also includes a gentle meditation to begin and end the session, and time for you to share your experience should you wish to.
