About the event
A sound bath is a therapeutic practice that uses sound waves to promote relaxation, stress relief, and inner healing. The sounds and vibrations from the instruments played work to clear blocked energy, soothe the nervous system, and encourage mindfulness and inner peace. You simply lay back, close your eyes, and let the healing sounds guide you into a state of deep relaxation and rejuvenation.

Please turn up no later than 10 minutes before the event is due to start. We start at exactly 2pm and the doors will be locked at that time so that the session is not disturbed. If you can no longer attend, please email mayurawellbeing@gmail.com so that your ticket can be offered to someone else. Anyone who has booked a free session in the past and has not turned up will not be permitted to attend this event.
